These policies are in effect starting February 1, 2025. They supersede any previous policies by Reworks Massage and Tech LLC, implied, written or otherwise.
Travel Time
We are happy to travel anywhere at no extra cost for up to 45 minutes between appointments!
Travel times longer than 45 minutes, subject to your therapists discretion, may require at least 3 hours of prepaid work. Exceptions may be made if the frequency of the sessions is greater than once a month. Have you considered subscribing to regular massage?
Travel times do take into account rush hour traffic which is subject to your therapists navigation app, but can typically be 7am-10am and 3pm-7pm Monday-Friday. Big event days, such as sporting events, holidays and weather will affect travel times as well, see the Where’s The Wizard Calendar for availability!
The opportunity to get you excellent bodywork if you are further than 45 minutes away is $60 per each hour that is not filled, rounded down to the hour. For example, one 60 minute massage an hour or more away would be $157 + $60 x 2 hours (+$120).
Cancellations and Reschedules – Effective 02-2025
If it’s an emergency and you can’t make your session, please let us know at your earliest convenience! We will always try to accommodate your life adventures as best as possible.
Cancellation
Due to the difficulty of getting your spot filled for a Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance: half of the full, pre-discounted session price is forfeit, plus any service fees. We offer a 50 hour reminder via email and text, please let us know if you are not receiving them!
Reschedule
For the same reason, Rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance of the session is up to the discretion of your therapist. We offer a 26 hour reminder via email and text, please let us know if you are not receiving them!
Please call or text your therapist before the 24 hour time so that they can get you rescheduled! Don’t worry, nasty weather is a normal part of being in Colorado.
Client No Show/Late
Should we arrive at the session destination at the appointment time and there is nobody available to receive us up to 10 minutes after session start time we will assume you cancelled and offer a refund according to the current Cancellation Policy.
Should the client be late and arrive before 10 minutes into the session we are happy to still provide the requested service, but the session will end at the appointed time.

Subscriptions – Added February 2025
Subscriptions are available to provide consistent and simplified access to excellent bodywork delivered (or at an applicable studio). They can be bespoke to each customer’s needs and we have a convenient on-boarding process to simplify this. Please call, text, email or follow the button below to get started!
Subscriptions are offered at a Base per-hour Rate which is available for the duration of the Subscription. It is subject to change upon renewal.
Currently the Base Rate is $137/60 Minutes, which is equivalent to 1 (one) 60 (sixty) minute massage received once a month. However, depending upon session frequency (twice {2x} or three {3x} times a month, every other week or weekly) there are further discounts available. Please note you will receive a contract created for you and this sample is for reference only. Anything, written or implied, here or in the sample is always superseded by the contract that you sign.
Pricing
For the duration of the Subscription, as long as the Subscription is not Cancelled, the quoted Subscription Price will not change.
Billing Rate
Each service will be billed the Subscription Price at an agreed upon frequency, which is typically monthly or every 4 weeks.
Subscription Duration
Subscriptions are offered with a Minimum Duration, typically, but not always, for at least 6 months.
Rollover
Sessions are billed during the subscription period and are usable at any time if there are funds already pre-paid. Should you choose not to continue your subscription before your renewal date, sessions not used after the subscription Duration are still available to use, but are subject to the difference in cost of a non-subscriber equivalent service.
For example, after the ending of a 60 Minutes once a month Subscription at $130/Month the price for a regular 60 Minutes massage is $160. Any sessions booked from the Subscription would be subject to a +$30 increase.
Subscription Renewals
One week prior to the end of your subscription you may be notified that renewal is approaching which will include any price or service changes available if you should choose to renew.
Acceptance of the offered renewal changes supersedes all previous subscription pricing, service and availability.
Cancellation
Client may cancel their Subscription only upon the event of death, physical disability or moving further than 1 hour away from the Company’s mailing address.
Subscribers Cancelling a Subscription are not permitted to subscribe to a equal or lesser priced subscription for 6 months past their Cancellation date.
Session Time Extensions
Time may be added at the Base Subscription Cost ($137/60 minutes) in half hour blocks to a Session and is subject to Company availability. We may have to reschedule you to accommodate.
Subscription Members
Sessions in a Subscription may only be used for the Members that the Subscription was initially setup with, even after the Subscription Period. Members may be change at a Renewal, please notify the Company prior to your renewal.
Members of a Subscription may use the Session Duration however they see fit; the Subscription is always for a multi-hour time at the Subscription Address.
The Session length always accommodates transitions between Members.
In the event of a last minute client change at a Subscribed session a fee of ($157-$137)/60 minutes will be charged for that client’s time on the table.
Subscription Paid in Full Discount
There is a 3% discount for payment of your subscription in full in advance! Applicable to Subscriptions only. Subject to change.
Package Deals – Added December 2024
Package deals, such as the Grey Day special, are limited to use by the person that fills in the Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number and all applicable services are provided only at the Full Address.
Package deals are valid for up to 6 months from when they were offered, after which any “bonus” incentives, such as a Free massage, are void. Sessions may be booked out beyond the 6 month limit, but are subject to a difference in price vs the current session cost at that time.
The client may extend the purchased time at the current hourly rate. For example, extending a 60 minute session to 90 would be 1/2 of $157.
Not valid with any other offer or Subscription.
More Than One
More than One discount has been removed.
Has Table Discount
Please notify us before you purchase anything, as there is a 2% discount if you already have your own massage table!
This is applicable to all services, except for Package Deals.
Payment
Currently we accept all major credit cards and the US Dollar in cash. Tips are appreciated, but not expected; if you liked our work, please tell all your friends!
All Mobile Massage Bookings and Office Chair Massage Bookings are done through the online system and are paid in advance with credit card only, click here to go there!
Event Chair Massage is available for cash or card only.
Setup

It’s a good bet to arrive early! We will be there at least 15 minutes before your session start time for mobile massage and for Studio and Chair Massage we recommend at least 5 to 15 minutes for paperwork!
Gift Cards – Updated 08-2024
Gift cards may be purchased online or in person. They are valid at the price of purchase; should the price have gone up since the gift card was purchased before it was used the difference shall be charged, or a lesser session length can be chosen.
In general, there are no discounts for multiple gift card purchases.
Refunds
Minus any fees and deposits, if you booked online or were invoiced electronically, the appropriate amount will be refunded to you withing 7 business days.
Minus any fees and deposits, if you paid by cash, we will arrange to meet you in person for us to refund your money.
Minus any fees and deposits, if you paid by cheque, we will post a refund cheque within 7 business days.
Fees and deposits are subject to their specific requirements.
Non-Payment
All services require a valid and current credit card on file. Should that card expire or otherwise become invalid and there are outstanding fees we are happy to pass you on to our friendly collection agency.
Your Health and Safety
You are in charge of, and fully responsible for, your personal safety and health. If your therapist doesn’t know about an old or new injury, allergy, mutation or super power you have before beginning the massage therapy session they can cause you great harm! Read the session waivers thoroughly and recall as many past injuries and needs you have before they begin to work
